Looking for a dedicated/VPS

I'm looking into getting a dedicated server, preferably with 100-500GBs of space and 4-8GBs of RAM, CPU from 1 to 2 cores would be fine or in dedicated, anything after 2010, preferably in North America. Price range somewhere between $10-$20 although that might not be realistic.

And also, maybe a VPS with the above specs if a dedicated server costs a lot.
